Lebanon Market Place is a planned 450,000 square foot shopping center that is located at the northeast corner of Interstate 40 and South Hartmann Drive. 
The completion of Hartmann Drive to US Hwy 70 (Lebanon Road) opened in 2003 and has made an immediate impact on the Lebanon traffic patterns. The southern loop of Hartmann Drive to US Hwy 231 was opened in December 2004.

Wilson County has the second highest median family income of 95 counties in Tennessee ($56,650 compared to Williamson County’s $69,104). Its population increased 32.1% between 1990 and 2000 to nearly 90,000. Lebanon’s population has increased 33.4% since 1990.

Lebanon Marketplace has a regional customer draw of approximately 125,000 people consisting of a trade area of primarily 4 middle Tennessee counties; Wilson, Smith, Trousdale and Dekalb. This trade area has 44,775 households with an average household income of $59,962.

Location Details

South Hartmann Drive, at Interstate 40 is the new gateway to the City of Lebanon. It provides easy access to the heart of Lebanon and enhances what is already a major regional draw. This site, on the going home side of the street, is on the premier corner of the new traffic flow. The new Hartmann interchange is the first exit east of Highway 840, and is located between the Highway 840 and Highway 231 interchanges on Interstate 40.
